We are a quiet, residential AOAO community with 31 buildings of two-bedroom apartments and 10 houses in North Kihei just one block off of South Kihei road and the North Kihei shoreline with lovely beaches accessed via Kenolio Rd to Ohukai Rd or Kaonoulu Rd. We have a Resident Manager as well as our own grounds/maintenance crew and security staff who keep our property well run, well maintained and secure.
Southpointe does not allow short-term rentals, which helps to keep our community quiet and neighborly. Amenities include a playground, picnic area with barbeques and a small clubhouse available to reserve for private events.
Maintenance fees include basic cable, water, sewer and trash services.
